Please read this page carefully.
Cancellation by the delegate
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 21 days or more before the course start date are refunded in full, less an administration fee. Later cancellations may be charged in full.
Substitutions
A colleague may attend in place of a registered delegate at no extra cost, if we are informed before the course starts.
Transfers
Delegates may transfer to another date of the same course, subject to availability.
Cancellation by BRT Skills
If we cancel a course, delegates may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of the course fee.
