Registration

A registration is confirmed when BRT Skills sends written confirmation and the invoice. Places are allocated in the order confirmed registrations are received.

Fees

Fees are per delegate in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise, and cover tuition, course materials and the certificate of attendance. Travel and accommodation are not included unless agreed in writing.

Payment

Invoices are payable before the course start date unless other terms are agreed in writing.

Changes to courses

BRT Skills may change a trainer, venue or date where necessary, and will inform delegates as early as possible. If a course is cancelled by BRT Skills, delegates may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.

Certificates

A certificate of attendance is issued to delegates who attend the full course.

Intellectual property

Course materials are for the personal use of delegates and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
