Train the Trainer
Overview
Subject experts often become trainers without being taught how to train. This course builds the skills to design and deliver engaging, effective sessions: understanding how adults learn, planning sessions, using varied methods, handling groups and checking that learning has taken place.
Who should attend
New and internal trainers, subject-matter experts, training officers and managers who coach or train staff.
Training methodology
Interactive presentations, practical exercises, case studies, group discussions, role-plays where relevant, and a personal action plan that participants apply in their own work.
